Consultation updates
The Consultation updates table detailed below has been developed to achieve a number of goals. Firstly it will help the council to co-ordinate its consultation effectively and promote partnership working, which will reduce the risk of consultation fatigue / overkill. Secondly the consultation updates table will ensure that we provide residents with comprehensive feedback on all consultations that they participate in.
The Consultation Updates table below details all the consultations currently taking place across the district as well as those planned in the future. A consultation exercise will remain in the current column until all aspects of the consultation are completed. When you click on the link for each survey in the Current column you will be able to read an overview of the consultation exercise. This will include the purpose of the consultation, the dates for the consultation, who is being consulted, the area that are being consulted, the method of consultation being used, when the results will be available, the contact for the consultation and finally how the consultation is linked to the Strategic Objectives and the Corporate Plan. Only when action plans have been produced and feedback has been given to participants will a consultation be moved to the Completed column. The consultations listed below are split into two categories. If a consultation is open to all residents for comment it is called District Wide (DW). If however the consultation is targetted to a specific area or for example particular users of a service it is called Targeted Consultation (TC).
