BVPI General Survey 2006 - Key Findings

The table below shows how North Hertfordshire District Council performed in BVPI General Survey 2006 compared with the other 9 district councils that make up Hertfordshire as well as our 15 nearest neighbours.  The table also shows whether North Hertfordshire District Council (NHDC) performance against the indicators detailed above was in the top, second, third or bottom quartile.  Top quartile means that a council is in the top quarter of all english councils, while bottom quartile means that a council is in the bottom quarter in terms of performance.  The table also shows the district council average for all district councils in England.

BVPI Update

The BVPI survey was replaced by the Place Survey  carried out in 2008. Originally the Place Survey was due to be carried out every 2 years, however Government announced its abolition in 2010. NHDC will continue to carry out its own consultation exercises to gather residents views on the services we deliver.
