The Customer Service Centre is your first port of call when contacting the Council. We have a team of customer service professionals who are able to assist you with any Council enquiry.

The Customer Service Centre aims to give greater access to council services and is part of a bigger project to provide services that are responsive, high quality, provide value for money and in a way that is suited to our customers.
The Customer Service Centre includes the provision of computers to use the internet to access the information and services you need.
Over the next year we will be reviewing all key services to enable more enquires to be handled by the customer service team rather than individual services. We will also reduce the number of e-mail addresses and telephone number needed to access our services.
