Listening to you!

We provide your services within North Hertfordshire and we need you to tell us if they do or do not live up to your expectations.  Your feedback gives us the valuable opportunity to improve the services we provide for you to get them right. It will also give us the opportunity to congratulate the person who provided your service if it was done well.

We take your comments, compliments and complaints seriously and to demonstrate this we are the first District Council to achieve the stringent standards laid down in the British Standards Institution (BSi) in the Complaints Management System Standard BS CMSAS 86:2000
