To provide Cabinet with information regarding the incidence of anti-social behaviour within Bancroft Park, particularly use of the park as a ‘toilet’ as reported to the Bearton Locality Policing Panel of 8 May 2008; to inform Cabinet of both short term actions already under implementation to address current levels of antisocial behaviour in the park, and longer term strategic actions to improve the overall park itself; and to consider the future provision of public toilets in North Herts parks.
