Licensing & Appeals Committee
Licensing Sub-Committee Hearings
When an objection is made to an application under the Licensing Act 2003, the application must be determined by a Licensing Sub-Committee. These will consist of 3 Members of the Licensing & Appeals Committee, and the Hearings are recorded and stored so that an accurate record of the proceedings is available if required.
Meetings are scheduled as applications are received, in accordance with the Act.
