North Hertfordshire Highways Partnership Joint Member Panel

The NHHP JMP is a Committee with representatives from North Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council.  It meets 4 times a year to discuss highway matters in North Hertfordshire, with particular reference to the annual Integrated Works Programme.  Currently there is a JMP Discretionary Budget to which the five NHDC Area Committees are invited each year to submit schemes and projects relating to highway issues for matched funding applications.
