Performance, Audit and Review Committee

The Performance, Audit and Review Committee (PARC) monitors and reviews the activities of the whole Council, in particular through Fundamental Service Reviews and the Best Value Performance Plan.  It assists the Council in the development and review of policy and the Council's audit function.
