To consider (1) the recent Standards Committee hearing into the breaches of the Code of Conduct and as this was the first hearing whether changes should be made to the hearing procedure; and (2) the resources for and costs of investigations and hearings, how those are to be funded and particular issues surrounding the investigations which may drive up costs.
