IDeA Peer Review Improvement Plan

Following our accredited peer challenge by the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA) in May 2003, the council developed a peer review improvement plan to address the recommendations for improvement.

The peer challenge and the resulting improvement plan helped us to prepare for our comprehensive performance assessment (CPA) in January 2004.
