Enforcement Agents
The Council currently work in partnership with 2 external Enforcement Agents to recover unpaid Council Tax and Non Domestic Rates. These are Penham Excel Ltd and The Marston Group.
Both companies work on behalf of the Council when enforcing debts and work within agreed Service Level Agreements and their own company codes of practice.
The Enforcement Agents that collect these debts are duly certificated and the Council holds copies of certificates the those agents that work within the area.
