Licensing of Animal Establishments is dictated by Legislation and responsibility for the following falls to the Local Authority:
- Animal Boarding - Dogs and Cats
- Dog Breeding
- Home Boarding - Dogs and Cats
- Pet Shops
- Dangerous wild animals
- Riding Establishments
- Zoos
The Animal Licensing Policy covers the Authorities approach to licensing and the required coditions. The list of conditions are the minimum conditions and not an exhaustive list.
