Passport for Excellence
As part of our commitment to supporting local talented athletes and sports people, we offer free use of the North Herts Leisure Centre, Hitchin Swim Centre and Archers or Royston Leisure Centre to anyone that represents the East of England region, England or Great Britain in a sport recognised by Sport England. You must be a permanent resident in North Hertfordshire and have resided in the District for a minimum of 12 months.
A Passport for Excellence is valid for one financial year (April to March) and we issue up to 15 each year at each facility.
