Churchgate Project - Publication Schedule
Available Information
NHDC is committed to being open and transparent with the public on the Churchgate project and a process is now underway where the Council is proactively publishing information in order to assist and inform public debate. This follows a period in which information remained confidential during the procurement process for the appointment of the developer. Some information remains commercially sensitive and will therefore not be released at this time.
The following documents relating to the Churchgate Project are available to view by following the links, or can be downloaded as PDF files. Hard copies are also available in Hitchin Library. This is not an exhaustive list of all documents to be published. As other documents are reviewed with a view to publication they will be added to the publication schedule.
It is to be noted that some of these documents contain redactions for commercial sensitivity reasons (i.e. they have been edited to remove the sensitive information).
