- Standard rates are charged for community use
- Commercial rates - i.e. events for profit or personal gain are charged at an additional 50% .
- This hall is NOT licensed for the sale of alcohol / public entertainment.
- Charities (proof of registration required) receive a 25% discount on community rate.
- Additional charges may be levied for extra hours, additional cleaning or damage.
- All hire times are inclusive of set-up and clearaway time.
- Social enterpises will be charged an additional 20%.

Damage Bond Information
Standard hire - £250
Local and Voluntary Organisation/Charity - £100 (may be increased under certain circumstances).
