Council departments
The Council's Chief Executive is John Campbell. John came to North Hertfordshire in September 2003. He took the lead in producing the council’s ten-year Corporate Plan and is a strong supporter of the Service@North-Herts programme, which has brought a step change in the way the council looks after its customers.
The Council's Democratic Services Team who deal with Committee and Electoral Service work, report directly to John Campbell.. The rest of the Council is organised into three directorates delivering the following services:
