North Herts Leisure Centre provides a variety of health and fitness facilities, including indoor swimming, exercise classes and sports courses.

Opening Hours

Monday to Friday: 7am - 10pm
Tuesday evenings: 8pm -10pm - for Ladies only (Please note: this refers only to the sauna, swimming pool and gym)
Saturday: 8am - 7pm
Sunday 8am - 9pm

Off-Peak = Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
Peak = At all other times and all School Holidays
