New Dwellings
'New Dwelling' means the erection of a dwelling house, flat or maisonette which has a floor area not greater than 300m², including any attached or integral garage, or carport.
A 'New Dwelling' is one which is formed completely of new construction. If you are creating a dwelling by alterations i.e. converting an office, the fee is based upon Table C - All other work.
Charges for a 'New Dwelling' include drainage works carried out in connection with the erection of the dwelling(s), even where those works are commenced in advance of the plans for the dwelling(s) being deposited.
