Building Regulations Forms and Information

Full Plans Application Form (39KB) 
Payment and 2 sets of detailed plans should be submitted with this application form to be checked for compliance with the Building Regulations by one of our Building Control Surveyors, following which, a formal decision will be issued within 5 weeks. 4 sets of plans will be required for premises subject to the Regulatory Reform Order 2005.
Building Notice Application Form (92KB)
Payment and a rough plan of the work you intend to carry out should be sent with the application form to inform us that you are starting work on-site. Work may commence no sooner than 48 hours after application form has been submitted.
Regularisation Application Form (88KB)
Payment and any details of work that has already been started and require inspecting retrospectively should be submitted along with the application form.
These should be sent to us to inform us when you intend to carry out demolition works.
