Supplementary Planning Documents
Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) are documents which support the Local Plan and Core Strategy, covering specific subjects such as parking and financial contributions. Prior to a change in the law in 2004, they were known as Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) - SPG which are still in force can be found on our Supplementary Planning Guidance page.
Some of our Town Centre Strategies and Development Briefs are also legally SPD, but are not duplicated here.
