Each year North Herts District Council collects around 3000 tonnes of commercial waste which gets sent to landfill.
We are currently asking our commecial waste clients in Letchworth, Hitchin and Baldock if they would be willing to sign up for a 6 month FREE recycling trial to help us assess whether recycling commercial waste will be a viable service to provide to businesses in the future.
If a trial of recycling commercial waste is successful, we will be able to significantly reduce the amount we send to landfill - which could potentially save your business money.
What are the benefits?
Financial - if the trial proves successful and is continued it could be cheaper to have recycling collected than to landfill it with the rest of your waste.
