Cash Incentive Scheme
The Cash Incentive Scheme is intended to help local housing association tenants to purchase a property on the open market.
Preference will be given to applicants with houses. The grant is secured as a legal charge against the property purchased, repayable on a sliding scale, if the property is then sold within 5 years.
