If you are a person with physical disabilities you may be able to have your home adapted to meet your needs. If you are on a low income, you may be eligible for a disabled facilities grant or loan to help finance these adaptations.

There are also numerous housing association properties with a variety of adaptations across the district. We can also co-ordinate support services that enable residents to staying in their home.
