Street Parties for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee
Street Party Road closures for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee are being dealt with by Hertfordshire County Council. They will not be charging communities to close residential roads in Hertfordshire for street parties on either Sunday 3rd, Monday 4th or Tuesday 5th June 2012. Events in North Herts during the Queens Jubilee and Olympic Period
If you are planning an event for anytime between 15th July and 12th September 2012, you will need to complete the attached proforma please.
This is a requirement of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Constabulary in order to collate a National Picture of events, and to make relevant preparations as necessary, including for Olympic events with the London Committee (LOCOG) organising the games. The information contained within the proforma will be shared only with those agencies, and will not be used for any other purpose without your prior consent.
