Customer Advisory Panel.

If you feel you would like to be involved on a more regular basis, we are always pleased to welcome new customers to our Customer Advisory Panel.

The Revenues and Benefits Service have a Customer Advisory Panel consisting of customers interested in helping us improve the service to customers. The Panel is consulted on matters such as content of literature, major procedural changes, the annual Service Business Plan, how we deal with customer complaints and any significant changes in legislation.

Complaints, Comments and Compliments

The Council has a comprehensive procedure for dealing with complaints, comments and compliments.  If you have an issue with any Council service, please contact us.
