  • Due to pay out £7.9M in Council Tax Benefit in 2008/2009
  • Due to collect £6M of Sundry Income in 2008/2009

Customer Advisory Panel

The Revenues and Benefits Service have a Customer Advisory Panel consisting of customers interested in helping us improve the service to customers. The Panel is consulted on matters such as content of literature, major procedural changes, the annual Service Business Plan, how we deal with customer complaints and any significant changes in legislation.
