There are three Managers reporting to the Head of Revenues & Benefits with specific responsibilities:
Mark Scanes is the Systems & Technical Manager. Mark is responsible for managing the Service’s computer systems, providing statistical information for Government Departments and for providing technical advice on the law and procedures to other Officers.

Roy Foster is the Investigations Manager. Roy is responsible for the Team of Benefit Fraud Investigators engaged in the prevention and detection of Benefit Fraud. Sarah Gibbs is the Revenues & Benefits Service Manager. Sarah is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Teams delivering the Council Tax, Business Rates and Housing & Council Tax Benefit Service to customers.
