Overgrown Hedges
It is an offence under the Highways Act 1980 for an overgrown hedge to cause an obstruction to the pavement or road.
If you wish to report an overgrown hedge, please contact the Enforcement Team.
If you suspect the overgrown hedge to belong to a property belonging to North Hertfordshire Homes, please contact North Hertfordshire Homes directly as this may be a breach in line with the tenancy agreement.
