Environmental Protection
The Environmental Protection team deals with a wide range of environmental problems such as;
The team also regulate atmospheric emissions from certain businesses, operate various air monitoring programmes, investigate contaminated land and gives advice to other council departments and members of the public. This includes giving advice on planning applications and licensing applications.
