Cash Incentive Scheme

The Cash Incentive Scheme is intended to help local housing association tenants to purchase a property on the open market.

The scheme is not an entitlement but a discretionary grant and is restricted to tenants who have family sized accommodation of at least two bedrooms. Houses will be given preference.
