North Hertfordshire Homes
North Hertfordshire Homes Limited was set up to take over the ownership of the Council's stock of houses following stock transfer and came into operation in March 2003. It is now the landlord to over 10,000 tenants.
North Hertfordshire Homes (NHH) is a housing association registered with the Housing Corporation that is limited by guarantee and is non-profit making. This means that any surplus money it makes cannot be paid out to individuals but must be used to improve its housing service.
NHH's headquarters are located at Rowan House, Avenue One, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 2WW. They also have offices in Baldock, Hitchin and Royston. For general enquiries, please ring 01462 704100.
