Choice Based Lettings
Choice based lettings (CBL) enables people to have more of a say in the allocations of social housing. This is a requirement for all local authorities by 2010. North Hertfordshire District Council is working with North Hertfordshire Homes and the Howard Cottage Housing Association to produce a scheme for local people. Consultation will be undertaken in due course.
