Common Allocation Policy

North Hertfordshire District Council, Howard Cottage Housing Association and North Hertfordshire Homes have produced a draft Common Allocation Policy.  This will result in one shared policy rather than three separate policies.   It will assess housing priority for all applicants and determine who should be offered vacant properties that arise in housing association stock in the district.  We value the opinion of the community and would be interested to hear your views.
