People with Physical Difficulties

If you are a person with physical disabilities you may be able to have your home adapted to meet your needs.  If you are on a low income, you may be eligible for a disabled facilities grant or loan to help finance these adaptations.

There are also numerous housing association properties with a variety of adaptations across the district.  We can also co-ordinate support services that enable residents to staying in their home.  In order to access these requirements, you will need to join the Common Housing Register.  Further information is available on our Common Housing Register pages.
