Consultation on the Sex Establishment Policy
One of the many legal responsibilities that a local authority has, is a responsibility to consider applications made by persons wanting to open and operate sex establishments within the local authority area.
In connection with this responsibility, North Hertfordshire District Council proposes that this policy will encompass all elements of sex establishment licensing and therefore assist applicants, the local authority and all other parties.
The consultation period will commence on Monday 26th October 2007 and will continue for nine weeks, ending at midnight on Friday 4th January 2007.
All responses during the consultation will be considered and incorporated into the Policy where appropriate. A summary of all responses will be included in the Report to Elected Members during the Committee process. The final Policy will be determined by the Elected Members.
