Personal Licence
This is required by an individual to supply or authorise the sale of alcohol in any premises. The personal licence is separate from the licence which authorises the premises to be used for the supply of alcohol. As such, a personal licence does not authorise its holder to supply alcohol anywhere, but only from establishments with a premises license authorising the supply of alcohol in accordance with the premises licence.
The fee for a personal licence is £37.00, cheque made payable to North Hertfordshire District Council.
