Licensing Act 2003
On 29th November 2007 North Hertfordshire District Council adopted its Statement of Licensing Policy.
This revised policy will have effect from 7th January 2008.

This Licensing Policy Statement has been produced in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003. It sets out how North Herts District Council will carry out its functions and responsibilities under the Act.
