Parking Contraventions

A parking ticket or Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) will be issued if a restriction is contravened. If the PCN was issued prior to the 31st March 2008, it was issued under the Road Traffic Act (RTA) 1991. If the PCN was issued after 31st March 2008, it was issued under the Traffic Management Act (TMA) 2004.
