Play in North Herts

The Children's Services Team support a range of play opportunities across the District.

Play Rangers

Play Rangers provide free, open access drop in sessions in local parks and open spaces in the school holidays.  Sessions are aimed at 5-13 year olds although in some area we work alongside Children's Centre's to provide activities for under 5's.

Community Play Programme

Funded by the Big Lottery Fund for Children's Play, the Community Play Programme develops and delivers play opportunities in targeted areas of North Herts.  For more information visit the Community Play Programme page.

North Herts Play Partnership

The Play Partnership is a group of individuals and organisations who care about play opportunities for children and young people.  The Partnership also oversees the development and delivery of the North Herts Play Strategy and contributes to the annual Play Conference.  For more information visit the Play Partnership page.
