Sport North Herts is a Community Sports Network representing statutory, private and community organisations committed to delivering and developing sport within North Hertfordshire.
Sport North Herts is responsible for administering the Sports Grants for Talented Individuals and Coaches funding provided by North Hertfordshire District Council. For information on this funding stream and how to apply, visit Sources of Grant Aid for Sport
Sport England Community Investment Fund Announcement
In April 2008, Sport North Herts was awarded £26k from Sport England to support a range of initiatives aimed at increasing participation in sport and physical activity. These initiatives, and others that will be undertaken by Sport North Herts are detailed in the Sport North Herts

Information for sports clubs wanting to attract new volunteers
The Volunteer Centre North Herts is working with Vinvolved and Herts Sports Partnership to encourage local sports clubs to register their volunteering opportunities with their local volunteer centre. Voluntary vacancies do not have to be sporty - think about web designers, membership secretaries or catering assistants.
