Health Walks are free to join in with and require no special equipment or clothing
‘Health Walks’ are beneficial for people with diabetes, blood pressure or heart problems. Combining walking with a healthy diet can really help with loosing weight and keeping the weight off.
Walking is good for strengthening bones and can reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Any exercise is will release endorphins (happy hormones) into your system, lifting your mood making it particularly useful to anyone suffering from depression or anxiety.
