Town Centre Strategies

The Local Development Framework also includes a number of town centre strategies.  Town Centre Strategies are being produced for each of the district's four towns.  The strategies for Hitchin and Baldock were in preparation prior to the Local Development Framework system being introduced, so do not technically form part of the Local Development Framework.  The strategy for Letchworth Garden City is a supplementary planning document (SPD) within the Local Development Framework, as will be the Royston Town Centre Strategy when completed.
