1APP Validation Requirements
In August 2007 the Government undertook consultation on new rules relating to the validation of planning applications. The proposals included establishing national validation requirements and the opportunity for local authorities to define their own mandatory local validation requirements.
This authority has decided not to proceed with a mandatory local validation checklist but to provide information in the form of a matrix as to the additional details that may be required when you submit an application. Please use this as a scoping document as to what may also be required in addition to the national requirements.
