There are two documents which can be completed:

(1) you are applying for planning permission for new development;

(2) you are proposing between 1 and 4 houses or up to 9 (1 and 2 bedroom) flats (including conversions) or a non-residential scheme;

(3) your planning obligations are financial contributions only.

(1) you are applying for planning permission for new development;

(2) you are proposing 5 or more houses or 10 or more (1 and 2 bedroom) flats (including conversions) but less than 20 dwellings in total;

(3) your planning obligations are financial contributions only.
