Pre-Application Advice and Charges

With effect from 1st December 2006, under the Local Government Act 2003, North Hertfordshire District Council is operating a scheme of charging for pre-application advice on certain types of development proposals and certain development briefs.  A review of the scheme has been undertaken with changes coming into effect from 1st October 2007.
