Certificates of Lawful Use or Development
An application can be made to establish whether an existing or proposed use/development would have needed or needs planning permission.
If you are unsure which form to use, then please seek advice from the Technical Support Team in the Council's Planning Control and Conservation Service (planning.control@north-herts.gov.uk or telephone 01462 474000)
Please ensure that you answer fully all of the questions on the form as your application will only be registered if it has been correctly completed and is accompanied by all the necessary supporting information as well as the appropriate fee.
