Planning Control and Conservation Service Charter
The Planning Control and Conservation Service is primarily responsible for dealing with applications made under the Town and Country Planning Legislation including those for planning permission, listed building and conservation area consents, the display of advertisements and works to protected trees. In addition, it exercises control in relation to breaches through enforcement powers provided by the legislation.
