Old Knebworth Conservation Area Review
Residents were asked for their views on proposed changes to Old Knebworth, Deards End Lane and Stockens Green Conservation Areas and a Knebworth parish-wide Register of Buildings of Local Interest.
A public consultation was launched on 3 November 2007 and expired on 14 December 2007 and the key issue arising from this process relates to the proposed inclusion of Area A on the Conservation Area Map.
The Council's appointed consultants, The Conservation Studio, has prepared a report based on the questionnaires returned and other representations received and this is appended to the officer's report that was taken to Southern Rural Committee on 20 February 2008. This is to be taken to the Southern Rural Committee on 3 April 2008 followed by Cabinet on 8 April 2008.
