East of England Plan

The East of England Plan was published on 12 May 2008 and can be viewed on the website of the Government Office for the East of England.

It forms part of the development plan for North Hertfordshire and as such can be used in the determination of planning applications.

Single Issue Review

A review of the East of England Plan is underway sepcifically dealing with the issue of accommodation for Gypsies and Travellers.  This is discussed further on our Gypsy and Traveller Accommodation page.
