North Herts Procurement Strategy 2008
The Council's Procurement Strategy was reviewed and adopted by the Council's Executive Body, the Cabinet, on the 21st December 2004. It has subsequently been reviewed on an annual basis by the Officer Corporate Management Team (CMT), with the last review taking place on 19th February 2008.
The strategy includes an action plan showing how the Council will address perceived weaknesses in procurement and seek continuous improvement.
